Exam Information
The exam awarding bodies, such as AQA and Edexcel, provide a mass of information for exam
candidates and centres. The exam timetable is just one example, and is provided here courtesy of ModernisationOnline.
Since the advent of modular exams, candidates often query how their marks in individual modules combine to give a final grade and how a mark, such as 70 in GCSE Maths, module 3, compares with the more familiar exam grades. The AQA publishes its Uniform Marks Leaflet - a pdf file that provides explanation and the tables of how the uniform marks translate to grades.
